Peraturan dan Disclaimer berikut di bawah ini berlaku pada dan mengatur seluruh forum diskusi yang terdapat di situs INDOKITA. Mohon dibaca dengan teliti sebelum Anda mendaftarkan diri dan berpartisipasi pada forum di INDOKITA. 5.        Isi dari pesan-pesan yang ada di INDOKITA tidak akan diubah oleh INDOKITA dengan cara apapun. Namun, INDOKITA berhak untuk menghapus pesan yang dianggap tidak sesuai dan melanggar konteks. Apabila Anda menemukan ada pesan yang tidak sesuai dan melanggar, harap hubungi Administrator situs.

6.        INDOKITA tidak memonitor setiap pesan yang terbit di situs ini setiap saat. Apabila Anda hendak menghubungi INDOKITA, harap mengirimkan email melalui alamat yang tercantum di bagian lain situs ini.

The following disclaimer and rules govern the discussion forums presented on INDOKITA site. Please read carefully before registering and participating. By accessing this site or register an account will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules:

1.        Site members and visitors shall remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum and their agents, including but not limited to its owners, operators, administrators and moderators with respect to any claim based upon any post you may submit. INDOKITA reserves the right to reveal any information we have about you in the event of a complaint and legal action arising from any message that you may post. Please also note that all IP addresses are recorded when items are posted.

2.        INDOKITA shall not be liable for any statement, misstatement, inaccuracy or omission of any type for any content submitted by a site member or visitor on any forum. INDOKITA may remove any Content and INDOKITA accounts at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content, or for no reason at all. INDOKITA will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying, INDOKITA may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. INDOKITA will terminate access for forum members who are repeat infringers.
